  Those of you who know us know just how friendly and helpful Sue can be when you need anything. She is one of our most valuable employees. Today, an "Officer" Riddick from the Shafter Animal Control called demanding information regarding a pet that was in the process of being adopted by one of our best clients. Sue tried to explain that she had to get both the permission of the Hospital and of the client. In the process of asking me for permission, this "Officer" Riddick called back and proceeded to yell at Sue over the phone. He said she was rude, unprofessional, etc. I was standing about 8 feet away and could hear him clearly he was that loud. He put Sue into tears and wouldn't let her get a word in no matter what she tried to say. In all my years of dealing with these organizations, he was the worst.
